Abstract:	1949年中共建政後，由於廣播的播送可幅射至遼闊的農村，廣播電台對於中共新政權傳達政令、動員人民群眾，長期起到「傳聲筒」的角色。然而伴隨著9 0年代中國經濟改革的快速進展，大陸城市民眾對於實用性、服務性、消費性信息的迫切需求，使得廣播電台逐步揚棄傳達政令、動員人民群眾的角色，轉而強化民生信息的播送。本研究目的即在於了解，作為大陸廣播業歷史攸久的北京人民廣播電台，在經營制度、編播制度以及所有制變革上，究竟經歷了何種變化？北京台在經歷了這些制度變革後，如何從改革前的「傳聲筒」逐步演變成「黨營信息電台」？
