    Abstract: 《莊子．秋水》篇寓言裡，使用為數眾多的動物隱喻，凸顯《莊子》文學意象的豐富內容，而各個寓言中的動物隱喻，實則指涉《莊子》思想的義理旨趣。本文透過對〈秋水〉篇的寓言分析，意圖將當中以動物作為符號的文學策略，連結至義理思想的托出，呈現《莊子》應世理念以及修養內涵。
