    摘要: 本研究的目的在探討個人運動參與行為的背景影響因素,透過人口統計變項與時間態度之關連性,影響運動時間,進而觀察運動參與行為的模式。本研究以617位嘉義地區民眾為研究對象,以敘述統計、差異比較、以及類別多元迴歸等研究方法進行資料分析,研究結果發現,年齡愈大,以及退休與家務的運動時間長;個人所得愈低,以及工作者與求學者的運動時間短。其次,正向影響因素為時間觀感、工作身份、年齡與教育程度等4項,而負向因素為個人所得。其迴歸方程為:運動時間=.31×時間觀感+.22×工作身份+.14×年齡+.07×教育程度-.19×個人所得。
    The purposes of this study were to analyze the demographic variables, time attitude and the influential factors as well as to observe the model of the sport participation behavior. The subjects were 617 people of Chi-ayi County. Descriptive statistic, difference comparison and categorical multiple regression analysis were the methods to analyze the sport participation behavior. The results were as follow: First, the older the age, the retired, and household chores have longer sport time. The lower personal income, workers and students have shorter sport time. Second, time impression, work status, age, and education were positive factors. Personal income was negative factor. Third, the categorical multiple regression was Sporttime=.31×timeimpression+.22×workstatus+.14×age+.07×education-.19×personal income.
