    摘要:   澎湖有著「台灣夏威夷」美名,奎壁山摩西分海、大菓葉玄武岩、漁翁燈塔、通樑古榕、跨海大橋…等等著名景點,讓澎湖觀光蓬勃發展,106年度觀光人數更是突破百萬,在這大環境下讓澎湖民宿民宿一間一間的蓋,而且沒有消止的跡象,在環境變化過程中的在地民宿業者之經營策略為何,探討民宿公司的經營與管理,瞭解澎湖 IN公司將數個獨立的休特色民宿以SOP服務的方式經營、包裝與行銷等方式結合各文化體驗,進而產生出不同以往的經營模式。研究方法以訪談法,針對個案相關人員進行深度訪談,以瞭解個案在投入多元類型民宿,所可能延伸出來問題,並再依受訪者本身、公司員工、風景管理處、安全管理、同業及遊客等面向,由受訪者依其主觀了解方向或意見提出詳細說明,以供探討。
      Wuhu has the reputation of "Taiwanese Hawaii", Kuibi Mountain Moxi Lake, Daguoye Basalt, Yuwen Lighthouse, Tongliang Ancient Temple, Cross-sea Bridge, etc., which make Penghu sightseeing flourish, and the number of tourists in 106 is even more Breaking through a million, in this environment, let the Wuhu B&B and the B&B have a cover, and there is no sign of the disappearance. What is the business strategy of the local B&B in the process of environmental change, and explore the operation and management of the B&B company? Understanding Wuhu IN Company will combine several cultural experiences with several independent leisure property B&Bs in the way of SOP service management, packaging and marketing, and then generate different business models. The research method uses interviews to conduct in-depth interviews with relevant personnel of the case to understand that the case is invested in a multi-type B&B, which may extend the problem, and then rely on the respondent itself, company employees, landscape management office, safety management, peers and tourists. In the face of the interview, the interviewee gave detailed explanations based on his subjective understanding of the direction or opinions for discussion.
