Through the way of purposive sampling, we chose five main caregivers who needed to take care of vegetations in their families in Pingtung County, and the main caregiver is necessarily one of the family menbers. I adopted in-depth interviews and practical observations in the study of quality, and presented the main caregivers' mental and physical burden, stress and the support of caregivers' motion to keep taking care of vegetations. In total five datas, I found that there are three motions to support the main caregivers to keep going on though generalization and analysis. First, Love can overcome everything. Second, to accept, shoulder and find new meaning of life. Third, the life to rely on each other. According to the above result of this research, it's to give support to the main caregivers, families and workers who engage in related research of unfortunate vegetation families due to disease or accident, and to be aimed at giving advice to some problems of long-term care. I hope that I can make some efforts on related practical research and government related long-tern care welfare draft.
