The thesis aims at exploring an “interstellar”psychic's inner journey, including her background, the process of gaining her ability of extra sensory perception, the sensory perceptual experience of mediating communication, and the reflection on the interaction with a wide range of net pals. This research, with the narrative study methods as guidance, is designed to conduct case studies, and collect textual materials in the following three ways. One is reading and studying repeatedly the articles on the participant's blog, and then picking the appropriate information as the textual data. Another is, through the semi-structured in-depth interviews, gathering the information with the personal statement at her blog as a complement to each other. The last one is, by means of long-term interaction, sorting out the suitable data in the field observation of the study, and becoming the mutual evidence with those in the former two ways. Next, adopting the ‘holistic- content’ and ‘holistic-form’ approaches of Lieblich et al., the overall textual materials are investigated and comprehended, and accordingly, the results of the study are generated. The study, simultaneously using Jung's “individuation” as an axial concept, through Carol Pearson's six archetypes deriving from Jung's theory, focuses on analyzing and examining the subject from the role of the victim of domestic violence, and becoming mature in the process of self-abandonment, self-rescue, and self-healing. Finally, the greater self/ ego (an interstellar higher being) emerges with love and wisdom as guidelines. In conclusion, the transperceptual experience links with the psychic's life in the study so closely that it turns into a healing source of the traumatic experience, which helps her progress towards individuation. In addition, as a well-known blogger, the participant in the study has very good interactions with the reading public, but her image has been smeared and attacked frequently as well. Also, many netizens get addicted to depending on her. This kind of investigation on the special inner journey can enrich the local cases for studying the transpersonal consciousness experience, which calls for the humanity reflection on the significance of the transpersonal experience in the contemporary society.
