台灣經濟發展的過程中,中小企業扮演舉足輕重的角色,不但是台灣創造經濟奇蹟,也是讓台灣安然渡過亞洲金融風暴的重要功臣。本研究的目的在於透過個案訪談的方式,試圖對中小企業創業動機、初期創業的困難點、執業中的困難點、經營狀況與展望有更清楚的認識。透過中小企業創業成功的案例,進一步探討中小企業之創業歷程。 研究結果顯示,人力資本的建構、社會資本的累積,在中小企業成功創業的過程中均扮演著相當重要的角色。其中,人力資本變數包括:教育、工作經驗、培訓和發展、以及事業突破的機會與工作性能等。社會資本方面則包括:相關的支援、網絡、事業鼓勵等。因此,職涯資本確實有助於協助中小企業克服困難、提高其成功創業的機率,而相關的學習與資源累積被認為是持續個人事業成長的主要影響因素。 SMEs play a pivotal role in the development of Taiwan's economy. Not only they created an economic miracle for Taiwan, but also considered as an important contributor in the survival of Asia's financial turmoil. The purpose of this study is to gain a clearer understanding of the entrepreneurial motives of SMEs, the difficulties faced during the initial period of entrepreneurship, the difficulties during practice, the operating conditions and prospects through case interviews. This study further explore the entrepreneurial process of SMEs through the successful cases of SME entrepreneurship. successful entrepreneurship. Relevant learning and resource accumulation are considered to be the main factors affecting the growth of personal careers. The research results show that the construction of human capital and the accumulation of social capital play very important roles in the process of successful entrepreneurship of SMEs. Human capital variables include education, work experience, training and development, and career breakthrough opportunities and performance etc. Social capital include related support, network, career incentives etc. Therefore, career capital does help SMEs overcome difficulties and increase their chances of successful entrepreneurship, while relevant learning and resource accumulation are considered to be the main factors affecting the growth of personal careers.
