    摘要:   背景及目的:現今國小教師所處的教學環境和工作內容皆與以往不同,為應付各式的教改和少子化的衝擊,需承擔更多非教學的工作。而國小教師是國家教育最基層的核心人物,社會對其賦予更深的期待,導致教師們背負的壓力愈加沉重。諸多研究證實神經語言程式學不僅可以促進個人的身心健康,還可以降低憂鬱、焦慮和身體問題,從而預防精神和身體疾病,但其具有隨機對照實驗設計的研究不多,也缺少準確客觀的證據支持,因此本次研究除了以量表來評估主觀情緒的程度變化,並增加生理數值心率變異和腦波的測量來強化客觀證據,本研究的目的為探討圓融之道-神經語言程式對國小教師工作壓力、焦慮及睡眠品質之成效。  研究方法:以國小教師為招募對象共60名,填寫基本資料,採隨機對照實驗設計,進行前、中、後測,實驗工具為國小教師工作壓力量表、中文版情境與特質焦慮量表、中文版匹茲堡睡眠品質量表、測量心率變異5分鐘和清醒腦波20分鐘。實驗組接受8小時圓融之道-神經語言程式訓練後,每月2次、每次30分鐘、3個月內作6次總共3小時的介入,以及介入結束後一個月做追蹤測量,對照組不做任何介入。   結果:實驗組在經過圓融之道-神經語言程式介入後,在心率變異時域分析方面,SDNN在統計上有顯著的差異,SDNN心率變異度的提高,顯示副交感神經增強的作用。頻域分析方面,nLF明顯的下降,nHF 顯著的提升,表示副交感神經的活性顯著的提升。LF/HF的比值具有顯著的差異,比值接近於1,表示交感與副交感神經呈現平衡的狀態。腦波在α波功率和β波功率前後測相比有統計上的差異,α波增加為身體放鬆的指標,β波下降表示緊張焦慮感降低。工作壓力量表後測顯示主觀感覺壓力降低,情境與特質焦慮量表平均值均顯著下降,情境焦慮更由中度焦慮降到輕度焦慮。睡眠品質皆呈現明顯提升。  結論:圓融之道-神經語言程式介入後確實能降低國小教師工作壓力、焦慮,並提升睡眠品質,此結果與諸多神經語言程式學在運用於改變人類行為方面和身心的提升具有非常顯著的效果相符合。期望這次的研究成果可作為日後將神經語言程式學列入維護人們身心健康的方法之參考。
      Background and Purpose: The teaching environment and work content of elementary school teachers today are completely different from those of the past; nowadays the teachers are highly stressed. Numerous studies have confirmed that neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) can not only promote the overall health of individuals, but also reduce depression, anxiety and physical problems. However, few studies are randomized controlled trial (RCT) design and lack of support with accurate and objective evidence. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of wholeness work-neurolinguistic programming on occupational stress, anxiety and sleep quality of elementary school teachers by questionnaires, heart rate variability and brain wave analysis.  Methods: Sixty elementary school teachers were recruited and then the background survey was filled out. We used randomized controlled experimental design and conducted pre-, mid-, and post- tests with Elementary School Teacher Work Stress Scale, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), Chinese Version Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (CPSQI), five-minute HRV and awake brainwave for 20 minutes. The experimental group received 8-hour training course of wholeness work- neurolinguistic programming and then applied two 30-minute sessions per month for 3 months. The follow-up evaluation was performed a month after the end of the intervention. The control group did not receive any intervention.  Results: After intervention of wholeness work-neurolinguistic programming, the experimental group showed an improvement of SDNN and nHF in heart rate variability and a decrease of nLF, indicating a significant increase in the activity of parasympathetic nerves. The LF/HF was close to 1 indicating that the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves have reached the equilibrium level. The increase of the alpha wave in the brain and the decrease of the beta wave indicated in a state of relaxation and lower-level anxiety. The scores of work stress, STAI and CPSQI decreased, showing a reduction of stress and anxiety and an improvement in sleep quality.  Conclusion: The intervention of wholeness work-neurolinguistic programming can really reduce stress, anxiety and improve the sleep quality of elementary school teachers. It is desired that our finding helps people to use neurolinguistic programming as easy practices to maintain physical and mental health.
