    Abstract:   本研究目的旨在瞭解國小階段排球體育班學生未來的進入國中排球體育班的升學意願,本研究採取質性研究方法,透過半結構式的訪談以新北市兩所設有排球體育班的學校中的國小學生為對象,分別訪談兩所學校各8位學生,探討兩所學校在國小體育班之運動代表隊學生在未來升入國中排球體育班的意願差別,讓各階段的教育單位及教育人員瞭解排球體育班學生在進入國中排球體育班的升學意願的影響因素,並提供相關單位建議參考。本研究獲得結果如下:一、兩所學校排球體育班都重視學生學業表現。二、兩所學校大多數排球體育班學生都認為教練的運動訓練和分配位置是符合自己的能力的。三、兩所學校排球體育班的學生都覺得和隊友相處融洽,且人際關係良好。四、兩所學校排球體育班的學生都認為排球教練和班級導師都給予學生正向鼓勵及支持,彼此相處氣氛融洽。五、影響兩所國小排球體育班的進入國中排球體育班的升學意願最主要因素在教練,而有不同的升學選擇。
      The purpose of this study is to understand the willingness of the students of Volleyball Class in elementary school to enter the volleyball class of junior high school in the future. This study adopts qualitative research method. Through semi-structured interviews, the primary and middle school students in two schools with Volleyball Classes in New Taipei City were interviewed with 8 students in each school, and the sports of the two schools in elementary school were discussed. The difference of volleyball studentswillingness to enter the national middle school volleyball sports class in the future will let the educational units and educators at all stages understand the influencing factors of volleyball sports class students willingness to enter the national middle school volleyball sports class, and provide suggestions and references for relevant units. The results of this study are as follows: 1.Volleyball classes in both schools attach importance to studentsacademic performance.In sports training, most of the students in physical education classes think that the coachs sports training and allocation of positions are in line with their abilities.2.Most of the students in Volleyball Classes in the two schools think that the coachestraining and allocation of positions are in line with their abilities.3.The students of volleyball sports classes in both schools feel that they get along well with their teammates and have good interpersonal relationships.4.The students of the volleyball sports classes in both schools think that both the volleyball coach and the class tutor give the students positive encouragement and support and get along well with each other.5.The most important factor affecting the willingness of the two elementary school volleyball classes to enter the junior high school volleyball sports class is the coaches, but there are different options for further education.
