    Abstract:   目前研究者任教於梧南國小,有鑑於多數弱勢兒童的家庭功能失能長期下來導致孩子在學習上容易有學習落後的現象與行為偏差情況,缺乏自信,生活習慣與人際關係也呈現較差的形況。部分孩童由於家長沒錢送安親班,缺乏管教,放學後容易四處游蕩,忽視課業上的學習,一但學習落差出現,學習動機低落,在課業上得不到成就感,學習挫敗感提高,間接容易放棄學習,少了家長的督促與關愛,容易產生行為偏差也較沒自信。  透過梧棲敬拜教會課後輔導班,教導孩童學校課業,除了課業外也安排多元活動,讓孩子能在學習上多樣化,例如:表演唱歌、練習跳舞,安排節慶表演活動,體驗活動,吸引孩子喜歡來教會,感受到像回到家一樣除了課業輔導,也安排多元的活動,在課業之外,另也安排舞蹈表演提供孩子舞台,找到自信心榮譽感,並讓孩子有歸屬感,從教導中建立孩子正確的價值觀,進而減少日後社會問題的產生。  透過質性訪談方式探討,從梧棲敬拜教會輔導老師、參與學生、家長及學校老師之訪談資料的整理與分析,建立逐字稿、歸類性質,藉以了解教會帶給孩子哪些影響,除了學習成就外,對於孩子的多元表現,所引發內在榮譽感與自信心部分,最後歸納出本研究之結果並予以分析。
      At present, I teaches in Wu-Nan Elementary School. In view of the long-term decline in family function of most vulnerable children, children are prone to learning backwardness and behavioral deviations in learning, lack of self-confidence, and poor living habits and interpersonal relationships. Learning motivation is low, there is no sense of accomplishment in the coursework, learning frustration is improved, indirect is easy to give up learning, less parental supervision and care, easy to produce behavioral bias and less confident.  Wuchi Worship churchs after-school program teaches children school classes. In addition to the coursework, it also arranges diverse activities to enable children to diversify their learning, find self-confidence, honor, and give children a sense of belonging. Childrens correct values, and thus reduce the emergence of future social problems.  Through qualitative interviews, and labeling, finally use the quantitative method to comprehensively out the church counselor to judge the participating radar analysis of the children, analyze the effectiveness of the multi-activity learning, and let the advantages of this group of children be seen and produced. Honor and self-confidence, I believe that in the path of their lives to avoid misguided, you can move towards the road.
