    摘要:   本研究為幼兒園實施多元文化繪本教學之行動研究,旨在探討如何運用新北市政府出版之《多元文化繪本》進行幼兒園多元文化教學活動,增進幼兒對於不同族群文化的認識,並能啟發幼兒探索多元文化的興趣,研究者經由教學及省思的過程達到專業成長的目的。  本研究之場域為新北市某公立小學附設幼兒園,以研究者目前任教之中、大混齡的班級幼兒為研究對象。本研究以六本多元文化繪本進行教學,一週進行一本繪本,共進行六週,每天進行四十分鐘,種族涵蓋閩南、客家、原住民三大族群。實施教學的歷程中蒐集各種資料,包括:研究者觀察記錄、協同研究者觀察記錄、教學省思、學習單、回饋單、評量表以記錄教學的過程,作為文件分析的依據,歸納整理出以下研究結論:一、透過多元文化繪本教學,能增進幼兒對閩南、客家、原住民族群文化的認知。二、透過多元文化繪本教學,能啟發幼兒學習多元文化的興趣。三、透過多元文化繪本教學,能提升研究者多元文化教學的省思及專業成長。  最後根據本研究之結論提出建議。
      The purpose of this study is to explore how to use the Multicultural Picture Book published by the New Taipei City Municipal Government to carry out multicultural teaching activities in kindergartens, to enhance children's understanding of different ethnic cultures, and to inspire children's interest in exploring multiculturalism. Researchers achieve professional growth through teaching and reflection.  The field of this study is a kindergarten affiliatec to a public elementary school in New Taipei City. The research subjects are the class children of mixed age, ranging from 4 to 6 years old, who are currently taught by the researcher. In this study, six multi-cultural picture books were used for teaching. One picture book was used in a week for six weeks, with 40 minutes of teaching carried out in a day. The ethnic groups include: southern Fujian, Hakka, and aboriginal. In the process of implementing teaching, various materials were collected, including observation records of researchers, observation records of collaborative researchers, teaching reflections, learning lists, feedback lists, and evaluation forms to record the teaching process. Using the above materials As the basis of analysis, the following research conclusions are summarized: 1. through the teaching of multi-cultural picture books, children can improve their understanding of the culture of southern Fujian, Hakka, and aboriginal ethnic groups.2. through the teaching of multi-cultural picture books, children can be inspired to learn multi-cultural topics.Third, through the teaching of multi-cultural picture books, the reflection and professional growth of researchers in multicultural teaching can be improved.3. some suggestions are put forward according to the conclusions of this study.
