    摘要:   基於教育立場,學校必須讓學生積極地進行自我健康管理,同時學校也有責任與義務了解學生的健康狀況。教育部積極發展針對高中以下設計的「高級中等以下學校學生健康資訊系統(簡稱SSHIS) 」及大專院校專用的「大專校院學生健康資訊系統」,提供給各校衛保組或健康相關單位使用。而教育部國教署SSHIS計畫已由南華大學執行多年,功能日趨完整,且評價良好。因此,本研究以SSHIS為參考,設計出以MVC架構為網頁基礎,並以雲端運行的方式,讓使用者可以即時進行資料更新,在執行上效率更高的系統。  本研究開發之系統分為三個子系統:健康服務管理系統、健康資訊管理系統、行動健康資訊網,藉由這些子系統將傳統作業流程改為數位化,並將介面及功能設計較為人性化,使護理師在管理與查詢記錄時更快速方便,減少業務不便。  最後,本系統已達成將系統電子化之需求。對於衛保組而言,本系統達到資料庫即時更新與快速查詢資料,使護理師在處理資料上更加方便。對於學生而言,本系統利用網路的即時性,透過手機使用行動健康資訊網,讓學生能夠隨時記錄健康檢測後之資訊,觀察自身健康的變化。
      Based on the educational standpoint, schools must allow students to actively manage their own health, and the school has the responsibility and obligation to understand the health of students.  The Ministry of Education is actively developing "SSHIS" for high school and below design and the "University College Student Health Information System" for tertiary institutions. It is provided to each school health insurance group or health related unit use. The SSHIS program has been implemented by Nanhua University for many years, and the function is getting more complete and the evaluation is good. Therefore, this study uses SSHIS as a reference to design a system with MVC architecture as the basis of the webpage and running in the cloud, so that users can update data in real time and execute more efficiently.  The system is divided into three subsystems: Health service management system, Health information management system, Action Health Information Network. By using these subsystems to change the traditional workflow to digital, and to make the interface and function design more user-friendly. Make the caregiver operate faster and reduce business inconvenience.  Finally, the system has reached the need to electronically system. For the Health Center, the system achieves immediate updates and quick access to the database, making it easier for the nurse to process the data. For students, the system uses the immediacy of the Internet to use the mobile health information network through mobile phones,let students can record the information after health testing and observe their own health changes.
