    摘要:   本研究是以崇正基金會台中地區,兩所讀經班作為研究。崇正基金會以推動兒童讀經,教化社會,進而推動其基金會的道務,對其道務發展有明顯的益處。從研究當中可窺探,家長帶孩子來參加讀經班之後,因認同其基金會的理念,是本著世界大同、弘揚中華固有道德、挽世界為清平、化人心為良善、推動心靈改革為宗旨理念。在參與讀經之後,進而參與基金會所辦的一系列活動及 接受有系統的教育,將內心的那份感動轉為行動,身份由參與者轉變為推廣者,不但自己受惠也讓更多的家庭受益。是什麼樣的力量,讓一個讀經參與者,轉變成追求真善美之大同世界的人,研究目的希望由家長參與讀經到宗教實踐的過程,探究參與的成長歷程。每個人都是中華文化的傳承人,文化不是口號,而是在我們生活的點滴呈現。由讀經参與者的轉變,探究家長對宗教理念與傳統文化的實踐。  本研究第一章為緒論,從動機及目的,說明從研究者本身作為實際參與者,實地將其結果展現出來。第二章由讀經起源探討,研究讀經對教育的重要性。第三章為崇正基金會為何要推廣兒童讀,從推廣讀經當中,影響更多家長認同其理念。第四章研究,這些由讀經班的家長轉變成宗教的實踐者,原本就只是帶孩子來讀經,但經過參加崇正基金會一系列的教育活動後,不但能認同基金會理念,進而推廣,當一位推廣者,將其過程展現出來。第五章結論,整篇重點研究也藉此研究來探討,崇正基金會道場運作加入讀經班的經營之後,對道務的推展以及對人才成長的轉變,對提升整個崇正基金會的人才素質的影響有很大的助益。
      This research took two Chinese classic literature reading classes of Chungjeng Foundation as research objects, which located in Taichung city. Through promoting children Chinese classic literature reading, Chungjeng Foundation has been cultivating people in its ways and further facilitating its propaganda of Tao. The classic literature reading classes has facilitated the propaganda of Chungjeng Foundation. The research shows that the parents agree Chungjeng Foundation's cultivation ideology, which is based on the thoughts of world harmony, traditional Chinese moral doctrines, education and cultivation, and mind reformation, after participating Chinese classic literature reading classes. After that, they start participating the activities and foundational seminars held by Chungjeng, put what they've learned and felt into practice. In doing that, their role has switched from participants to supporters. They benefit not only themselves but also more people around them. There must be some motivation for a participant to become a supporter. The purpose of this research is to investigate the transformation progress of the participants from merely attending the classes to realizing religious practices. Each one of the volunteers inherits Chinese traditional culture. Culture shows itself in the life practice, not only verbal repetition. From the mental and behavioral change of the classic literature reading participants, the researcher investigated the participants' practices of religious beliefs and traditional culture.  Chapter 1 is the introduction. Based on research motivation and purpose, the researcher illustrated herself as a sample of participant and demonstrated the result. In chapter 2, the origin of classic literature reading was investigated in order to discuss the significances of classic literature reading to the education. In chapter 3, the reason why Chungjeng foundation wanted to promote classic literature reading was investigated; and how did it affect the parents to agree with their ideology through classic literature reading. In chapter 4, the researcher shows how did the parents change into religious believers and put it into practice. They brought their kids to the classic literature class at the beginning, and then agree with the foundation's ideologies after participating the activities. In chapter 5, the researcher concluded how the foundation's propaganda work was facilitated and how the volunteer staff change in their mind and behavior after the foundation started operating traditional classic literature reading class.
