    摘要: 　　本研究旨在探討寫實射擊遊戲的玩家，在家庭支持、生活滿意度，與憂鬱之間是否有所相關。　　研究工具採用「家庭支持量表」、「生活滿意度量表（SWLS）」和「貝克憂鬱量表第二版（BDI-II）」。使用電子與紙本二種形式發放問卷，樣本回收共計584份，本研究所使用之有效玩家樣本為213份。使用SPSS18.0套裝軟體，進行描述統計、獨立樣本ｔ檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸做出數據分析，其研究結果如下：一、 寫實射擊遊戲玩家在家庭支持與生活滿意度具顯著正相關，提升家庭支持感受可以同時提高生活滿意的程度。二、 寫實射擊遊戲玩家在家庭支持與憂鬱具顯著負相關，表示家庭支持越高憂鬱越低；家庭支持越低憂鬱越高。提升家庭支持可以減低憂鬱程度。三、 寫實射擊遊戲玩家在生活滿意度與憂鬱具顯著負相關，表示生活滿意度越高憂鬱越低；生活滿意度越低，憂鬱越高。提升生活滿意度能降低憂鬱。四、 寫實射擊遊戲玩家之家庭支持與生活滿意度具有解釋力，（一）生活滿意度較佳時家庭支持程度亦較佳。（二）家庭支持較佳、經濟狀況較佳、無憂鬱狀態的情況下，生活滿意度亦較佳。五、 寫實射擊遊戲玩家性別比例有所變化，本研究中未滿一年遊戲年資的女性玩家人數明顯增加。六、 寫實射擊遊戲玩家相比於非玩家，比較容易在答題時出現題意理解與注意力不集中等情況。
    　　The purpose of this study is to explore whether players who prefer realistic shooting games have a correlation between family support, life satisfaction, and depression.　　The research tools used “the Family Support Scale”, “Life Satisfaction Scale (SWLS)”, and “Baker Depression Scale(BDI-II)”. Questionnaires were administered using electronic and paper forms. A total of 584 samples were collected and 213 active player samples were used in this study. Using SPSS18.0 software package, perform descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, single factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis of Pearson product difference, and Simple Regression Analysis. The results are as follows: 1. Realistic shooting game players have a significant positive correlation between family support and life satisfaction. Improving family support can increase the level of life satisfaction at the same time.2. Realistic shooting game players have significantly negative correlation with depression in family support. It means that the higher the family support, the lower the depression; the lower the family support, the higher the depression. Increasing family support can reduce depression.3. Realistic shooting game players have a significant negative correlation between life satisfaction and depression. It indicates that the higher the life satisfaction, the lower the depression; the lower the life satisfaction, the higher the depression. Increasing life satisfaction can reduce depression.4. Realistic shooting game player's family support and life satisfaction have explanatory power: (1) Family support is better when life satisfaction is better. (2) Better family support, better financial situation, and in the case of no depression state, life satisfaction is also better.5. The gender ratio of players in realistic shooting games has changed. The number of female players who have less than one year of experience in the game has increased significantly.6. Compared with non-players, realistic shooting game players may be more prone to problems and inattentions when answering questions.
