    摘要:   本研究目的是藉由Van Dijk的論述分析法、存在取向的視框與借用心理動力理論,探究2014與2016年於立法院公聽會中反同婚論述者的心理經驗,研究結果指出論述者:(一)對處境的主觀覺察皆顯示出受到同性性傾向、同婚的威脅(二)聚焦三個命題,其關連是由「否認同性性傾向存在的事實」與「描述同性性傾向對人類造成威脅」兩者建構出「認為同婚對人類造成威脅」的命題,並做出反對同性婚姻的結論,可見「反同婚」與「反同」密不可分;(三)深處結構是本質先於存在,認為同性性傾向者的本質有別於正常與自然的人類;(四)是焦慮而非恐懼,人們所憂慮的是血緣斷絕、失去根據、家破人亡、不知為何而活的四個終極憂慮;(五)把焦慮轉變為恐懼,此防衛機制把所害怕的對象,從不具體的對象轉變到同性性傾向、同婚上,充滿了各種深受威脅的想像,因此發起一場保護自己的戰爭;(六)存在焦慮透過防衛行為傳遞於人際之間的歷程,促成人群的凝聚與集體反同婚;(七)防衛機制的因應失敗,有引起論述者更強烈而複雜防衛行為的現象。綜上所述,論述者在公聽會中的動態歷程,表現出持續忽略存有的動態:論述者活在外在世界的事物中,將同性性傾向視為存在的威脅,迷失在恐懼裡,投身於反同婚的事業裡,藉此迴避內在的焦慮;他們關心同性性傾向是如何形成的,忽略同性性傾向存在於世界上的事實,也忽略自己存在的事實。  論述者的「忽略存有的狀態」,說明了台灣面臨同性婚姻法制化處境下,人們何以如此憂慮不堪。而此議題之中最主要的核心—血緣斷絕則呼應且說明了Weinberg(1972)所指「缺乏替代性不朽的存在」的內涵與歷程,此概念近半世紀以來乏人問津,卻是一個亙古的生死存在議題;它深深影響著台灣的同性婚姻立法政策,更對政治局勢、社會氛圍、道德倫理與宗教習俗帶來衝擊,更影響著同性性傾向者的生命抉擇,是一個有待被正面直視、覺察的議題。
      The purpose of the study is to explore the psychological experience of anti-same-sex marriage speakers from the public hearings of the Legislative Yuan in 2014 and 2016 through Discourse Analysis and Existential Approach. The results of this study indicate the following psychological states of anti-same sex marriage speakers: (1) They were subjectively aware of the threats from homosexuality and same-sex marriage. (2) They combined the propositions of "homosexual existance denial" and "homosexuality as a threat to human being" to generate the discourse that "same-sex marriage is a threat to human being", which reveals the inseparable construct of "anti-same-sex marriage" and "anti-gay". (3) They held the deep structure of "essence precedes existence", in which they believe that the essence of homosexual is different from normal human beings. (4) They were obsessed with anxiety rather than fear, of the four ultimate concerns: the termination of blood ties, losing the ground of behavior, destruction of family, and being without meaning. (5) They transformed anxiety into fear, through the defense mechanism transforming the from a non-specific fear object to the homosexual and same-sex marriage. (6) They spread anxiety through defensive behavior, which promotes cohesion of the ingroup and the collective anti-same-sex marriage ideation. (7) The failure of the defense mechanism could lead to more intensive and complex defense actions.   In summary, the internal process of the speakers revealed a continuous "state of forgetfulness of being", they "live in the world of things", treat homosexuality as the overwhelming threat of human being, devote themselves into the enterprise of anti-same-sex marriage to avoid the anxiety. They ignore the fact of homosexuals co-existance in the world, and also forget themselves being.  "The states of forgetfulness of being" contributed people's collective anxiety during the legalization of same-sex marriage in Taiwan. The tie of blood is the key point, that echoes and explains the connotation and progress of "Existence without the vicarious immortality" mentioned by Weinberg in 1972, and is also a traditional issue about being and death. This issue has a profound impact on Taiwan's same-sex marriage legislation, as well as the political situation, social atmosphere, morality, and religion. As a result, the homosexuals suicide. By deconstructing the internal state of anti-same-sex marriage speakers, this study signifies the underlying process of fear, anxiety and defense.
