    Abstract:   本論文旨在探討原住民國小學生體適能SH150方案實施後的成果之研究,以瞭解個案學校學生的體育態度及健康促進影響體適能之現況。本研究在不影響班級正常上課,受測者資料收集實施時間自2019年10月開始至2020年1月止,共為期18周,並在實施的前、中、後進行體適能檢測,參與的對象為南投仁愛鄉某國小四年級學生,共計15位學生。  本研究以回應性評估與質性研究的方法,從方案設計妥適性、執行者意向態度、回饋者回應性感受、執行後目標達成度,這四項評估指標來評估結果,經整理歸納分析後,得出以下結論:  一、方案設計妥適性:學校推動政策時需要有效的規劃時間,較不會互相衝突而未達到效果。  二、執行者意向態度:教師為第一線人員,態度能夠影響方案是否成功的關鍵要素之一,也能有效的激發學生對運動的興趣與動機。  三、回饋者回應性感受:方案有效規劃後使學生對運動內容感到新鮮有趣,進而提高學生體適能之能力與興趣。  四、執行後目標達成度:從數據可以看的出來,學生的體適能表現皆有進步,且從運動中可以獲得到自信心,並也提高了對運動的興趣。
      The study aims to research on the results of implementation of the physical fitness SH150 for elementary school students and its effect on the students' physical attitude and health promotion of physical fitness. For not affecting the normal classes, the subject data collected from October 2019 to January 2020, last for 18 weeks, testing in the implementation of the pre- , middle and post-fitness. The 15 participants are fourth grade students in an elementary school in Ren'ai Township.  With the methods of responsive evaluation and qualitative research, the study uses following four evaluation indicators: the appropriateness of program design, the intent and attitude of policy implementer, the policy responsive evaluation and the policy goals achievement to evaluate the results. After summarizing the analysis, the conclusions are as followed: 1.The appropriateness of program design: the school requires effective planning time to promote policies, then with less conflicts to achieve results.2.The intent and attitude of policy implementer: the teacher attitudes can be one of the key elements to influence the program success, and to effectively stimulate students' interest and motivation in sports.3.The policy responsive evaluation: if the program is effectively planned, students will be more interested in sports content, and thus to improve students' physical fitness and interest.4. The policy goals achievement: from the data it shows that students have improved in their physical fitness, and they have gained confidence and increased interest in sports.
