    摘要:   本研究針對目前仿間遠距離體溫監控儀器,進行實體產品體驗、探究民眾與護理人員照護發燒者期間的親身歷程,問卷回收分析共同性問題及期望改善事項,發現其感測點未接觸皮膚不會主動提醒易產生測溫不準確,體溫高於設定值發出連續警告聲,唯一只能倚靠Alarm OFF方式關閉,但就此中斷失去持續監控意義,以及穿戴裝置採藍芽距離過短,超出服務範圍也不會發出警告,採雲端傳送卻又深怕若發生中斷而渾然不知的疑慮。  針對上述問題尋求解決之道,增設感測器提示裝置,防範脫落渾然不知造成測溫失準問題;「延遲警示」作為延緩監控機制,當所設定時間結束仍然發燒便重新發出警告,解決Alarm OFF無法持續監控缺憾;克服距離過短,透過雲端伺服器傳送數據,運用「資料比對」法掌握雲端傳輸情形,一旦當發生異常能立即獲得通知。  減輕照護者過程易「溫度焦慮」現象,加入測溫結束以真人語音告知體溫狀況的貼心設計;設計專屬收納箱提供充電與收納功能,也考量使用的衛生與連續性,電路主控板與錶帶設計磁吸式可隨意拆離,經本研究解決遠距體溫穿戴裝置的缺失,進能增加它的輔助醫療價值性。
      The study is based on the current inter-distance temperature monitoring devices, making patients experience the devices, exploring the personal experiences of caregivers and the nursing staff while they are taking care of the patients with fever. The questionnaire recycled analyzes the common problems and expected improvements, discovering that the temperature measurements are not accurate due to the sensors are not in contact with the skin and they fail to remind people. When the body temperature is higher than the set point level, the continuous warning beep will go off, and the only way to turn off the reminding sound is Alarm Off. However, it would lose the significance of continuous monitoring. Besides, wearing devices with Bluetooth will not make any warning sounds because the distances are beyond the scope of devices, following the concerns of interruption of cloud transmitting.   In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, we need to add reminder sensors to prevent the inaccuracy caused by falling off from devices; The “delay warning” is used to postpone monitoring mechanism. Even though the setting time is over, the warning sound will go off again if the patients have a fever, solving the problem Alarm Off causes; Cloud transmitting can use “data comparison” method to make sure the transmitting goes well, if something wrong, people can be immediately informed.  To reduce the caregivers' temperature anxiety, we can add the real voice to inform the caregivers body temperature after measurements; Designing the storage box to provide charging and storage functions; Due to the concerns of hygiene and durability, the circuit main control and strap will be magnetic and they can be detached at any time. With the help of this study, we can solve the problems of inter-distance temperature monitoring devices, increasing their values and applications.
