    Abstract:   在少子女化趨勢之下,我國政府為解決人口失衡的問題,積極營造有利育兒的友善環境。行政院近年來大力推動「少子女化對策計畫」,改變了目前托育照顧的模式,雖減輕家庭育兒的經濟負擔,提供家長更多元的托育照顧的選擇,但是政府的幼教新政策,亦將造成幼教機構供過於求,使得幼教產業競爭的形勢更加劇烈且嚴峻。公私立幼兒園及托育照顧服務機構若能藉由服務模式的創新或者透過異業及同業的彈性結盟,不乏是創造競爭優勢的機會之一。本研究有鑑於此,結合資訊通訊技術(Information and Communications Technology,ICT)與大數據(Big Data,BD),嘗試以虛擬組織(Virtual Organization)和協同商務(Collaborative Commerce)為理論基礎,提出一個跨幼兒園的虛擬協同創新服務模式,試圖打破幼教產業彼此競爭惡相,改以協同合作,強化園所之教育資源與競爭力。本研究主要之研究成果為,提出一跨幼兒園虛擬協同服務模式,進而設計一跨幼兒園之大數據虛擬協同服務模式資料模型。希望藉由本研究以建構具前瞻性的幼兒園經營模式,促發幼兒園經營能更具寬廣視野。
      Under the trend of a declining birthrate, to solve the problem of population imbalance, our government actively creates a friendly environment that is conducive to childbirth. In recent years, Executive Yuan has vigorously promoted the policy to counter the declining birthrate. Although reducing the financial burden of family parenting and providing parents with more choices in childcare, it has changed the current model of childcare. The government's new policy on preschool education will cause an oversupply of preschool education institutions, and make the preschool education industry competitive more severely and hardly. Kindergartens and nursery care service organizations can use innovation service model or flexible alliances with different industries and peers, there is no shortage of opportunities to create a competitive advantage. Given this, we combine information and communications technology (ICT) and big data (BD) to try to provide an innovative and collaborative preschool education service model based on virtual organization and collaborative commerce. The educational resources and competitiveness of kindergartens will be strengthened. The main research result of this study is to propose a virtual collaborative service model and to design a big-data based virtual collaborative service model across kindergartens. We hope that the experience of empirical results will be used to build a forward-looking kindergarten business model and to promote a broader vision of the business model for kindergartens.
