In the age of big data, data is new energy and users are the makers of new energy. When users use social networking sites, social networking sites also obtain and collect information about their personal resources and online behaviors. As a result, users create new sources of energy for social platforms every day. These new sources of energy are full of potential value and can help governments and businesses to make the right decisions or forward-looking initiatives. Based on the view of fair profitability and resource sharing, the profitability of the community platform should be shared with the profit stake of the providers of social platform data. This study mainly discusses the issues related to fair and reasonable remuneration of community data providers, and further designs a reasonable profit sharing model, hoping to achieve a balance between use and profit between users and data collectors. The profit sharing model proposed by this study can be applied to the actual social network business environment. This study uses the Customer Profile of the Value Proposition Map as the framework to conduct interviews for clarifying the motivation of users to use social media and understanding the user's data collection, privacy issues, dividend model mechanism and issues the opinion of. This study designed a profit sharing model based on the interviewees' recommendations. Then, a questionnaire survey was used to verify the acceptance and feasibility of this profit sharing model. The proposed model can be used as a reference for digital media platform operators.
