| 摘要: | 近年來，地景保育的概念已發展到經營管理的階段，推動地質公園，正整合了教育、科學、文化及溝通的意涵，需要有足夠的前瞻性，培養相關的人才以及與時俱進的規劃。設置地質公園，對國家的保育形象、觀光發展、國民觀光旅遊以及地方產業的永續發展，都有正面的影響。因此聯合國推動的世界地質公園業務，引起全世界廣泛的支持與推動，我國也當把具有發展潛力的資源，充分規劃、開發、經營管理利用並陸續成立地質公園。 臺灣地處歐亞板塊與菲律賓海板塊交界處，受造山的地表運動作用，形成豐富的地景資源。有許多地方具備列入地質公園的條件，目前各種政治因素，未能正式申請設置地質公園，實為可惜。因為透過申請列入地質公園名錄可提昇推廣觀光、保育、文化、藝術、教育、產業等活動。因此設立地質公園除了希望能保育特殊地質、地形景觀，也能藉由地景保育及環境教育手段，創造地方的凝聚力及在地的文化特色，促進區域社會經濟的發展。臺灣每一個區域、縣市或鄉鎮市，都可以試著找出具有獨特性、代表性、特殊性的地質、地形景點，配合國土綜合發展計畫、各縣市綜合發展計畫的規劃，發展經營代表地方的地質公園。地質公園的設立， 除了推動地方產業及發展觀光外，也兼具有生態、地景保育、教育宣導、地方產業的功用，因此相關業務牽涉到許多不同的政府部門，除了業務有需要協調、分工、合作的地方部門外，與主管文化、保育、國家公園、地質調查與產業的中央與地方皆有相關，而仰賴各部門的互動與合作，才能讓這一個新的課題順利發展。 本研究以探討烈嶼地區民眾對地質公園的接受度及探討地質公園對烈嶼地區民眾的影響性，採訪談法分別訪問七位具代表性烈嶼鄉行政單位人員、當地民眾，社區總幹事之研究結果發現，1. 烈嶼地區民眾對在當地成立地質公園的接受度偏高。2. 成立地質公園為當地民眾帶旅遊、教育、經濟有正向的影響。

There are many places that have the conditions to be listed as a geopark. At present, various political factors have failed to formally apply for the establishment of a geopark. It is a pity. Because by applying to be included in the geopark list, activities such as tourism, conservation, culture, art, education, and industry can be promoted. Therefore, the establishment of a geopark hopes to not only preserve the special geology and topographical landscape, but also create local cohesion and local cultural characteristics by means of landscape conservation and environmental education, and promote regional social and economic development. Every region, county, city, or township city in Taiwan can try to find unique, representative, and specific geological and topographical attractions, and develop in accordance with the comprehensive development plan of the country and the comprehensive development plan of each county and city. The interview method interviewed seven representative Lieyu township administrative units, local people, and community directors. The research results found that1.
