莊子的哲學是以生死智慧為最大的特色,其中以自然回歸做為生命的理想和生活的目的,這是屬於實踐的智慧,生命的學問;亦即是生命、生活及死亡的整體性思維,本文即以此議題為主軸而加以探討論述之。從生命自然反樸歸真來看,人類是從自身的生存與生活的場域,面臨在生命中所遇到的危險感、體會生存感、困境中學習面對問題等具體生活與實作中去作根源性的反省。心靈的提昇,透過「命物之化,守其宗」的自然無我採取觀賞的態度,而不以對立的態度去超尅它,來面對「自然療癒」思想的重構與其態度,並且藉此開展一可能可行的解困之道。將生存的病痛,從生命自我轉化的觀點與主體修養工夫的路徑,讓人的心靈面對難以逃出於人間世的創傷經驗得以解消。希望在心靈整合的狀態下,讓人類的身心靈健康與天地人我都能得到理想健全的發展方向,體現一種「天人合一」之價值哲學。為「生命萬化而齊一」之中莊子指出面對萬物是可以用齊一平等的心境來面對。天地萬物本是同體並生,其乃具相對性而互有的差異,然莊子以為於此差異不能在上面做高低貴賤之分別計較。過度強化「我」的重要性,並以「我」為中心不斷向外擴展,或常因以自我意識為中心,而形成人我之間一道道難以跨越之高牆,導致生命故步自封、層層陷溺,因而產生提出超越生命困境的解決之道。 Zhuangzi's philosophy features in his wisdom of life and death. Returning naturally is regarded as the ideal of life and the purpose of living, which is also the wisdom of practice and the knowledge of life. It's regarded as the whole concept of life, living, and death. This research will focus on this issue and discuss the related issues. Life can return to its purity naturally. From their surroundings, humans practice self-reflections from the crisis and predicaments they face. In order to raise the spirit, one may learn how to get use to the changes and keep the mind at a fine status. He observes, instead of suppressing from the opposite. He reconstructs the thoughts of natural heal and tries to develop possible solutions. Trauma experiences and diseases in the world can be alleviated from the viewpoint of metanoia and the route of self-practice. It is hoped that, with one's mind, spirit, and physical body integrated, human can develop a good relationship with the nature and demonstrate the philosophy of “unity of nature and human”. Lives are varied in form but actually on one. Zhuangzi claimed that lives are equal. Lives develop as a whole; they are different because of relativity. Zhuangzi claimed that there should be no discriminations, especially for human. If the concept of self is over emphasized and developed, or egocentric thoughts results in interpersonal alienation, that will result in confusion of life.
