    摘要:   本研究採質性研究方式進行,目的在探討一位社工師的正念療法學習歷程與專業應用之經驗。研究者透過立意取樣法,及半結構式深度訪談法蒐集資料,經過資料整理、歸納、結果、分析與討論後,發現以下結論:  一、正念療法實現生命目標的追求:研究參與者受到家庭、宗教與實現生命理想目標的影響,在「道」的生命目標追求下,產生想要學習正念的動機。而他想要幫助個案的初心,因此外在需求轉為持續學習的內在動機。  二、透過正念療法社會工作者更懂得自我照顧:正念運作過程的「再覺知」,使社會工作者無論在回轉耗竭狀態,或滿足內在心理需求,都得到良好的滋養照顧。另外,正念也豐富了個人的內涵,使社會工作者培養出嶄新的助人風格。  三、正念療法使社會工作者自我轉化於每個當下:正念療法提升個人「後設覺知」能力,促使研究參與者跳脫無意識的慣性反應,轉為有意識的回應每個當下。由於生命節奏由快變慢,內在急迫轉為從容優雅,影響社會工作最大的差別,是從問題解決導向的處遇方式,轉變成意義、價值導向的處遇方式,因此改變了原本的工作內容、範圍、方法與技巧。  四、正念療法增加社會工作個案處遇專業應用模式:正念療法使研究參與者放下對個案提供「幫助」的想法,而以單純「陪伴」個案的方式貫穿處遇過程,在尊重案主自覺下提供真正的支持,並應用「正念新生活」的概念,協助個案重新回到生命主軸,以有覺知的生命改變,創造出新的生活模式。  如上所述,研究者依據研究分析提出四項正念療法對社會工作者與專業應用明確有效的結果,期許對學習正念療法及應用於社會工作領域有興趣之後續研究者,能再更深入廣泛的進行研究。
      This research was conducted in a qualitative research method, with the purpose of exploring the learning process and professional application experience of a social worker in mindfulness therapy. The researcher collected data through the intentional sampling method and the semi-structured in-depth interview method. After data sorting, induction, results, analysis and discussion, the conclusions are as following:  1. The pursuit of mindfulness therapy can achieve life goals: By influence of family, religion, and realization of life goals research participants have the motivation to learn mindfulness under the purpose of pursuing “Tao” as their life goals, and with the initial intention of being a helper makes them transfer their external needs into an internal motivation for continuous learning.  2. Social workers know more about self-care through mindfulness therapy: “reperceiving” in the process of mindfulness enables social workers to receive good nourishment and care no matter whether they are recovering from burnout or satisfying their inner psychological needs. In addition, mindfulness also enriches personal quality of life as well as enables them to develop a new style in helping work.  3. Mindfulness therapy helps social workers create self-transformation at each present moment: Mindfulness therapy enhances personal “meta-awareness” ability, prompts research participants to escape from unconscious habitual reactions into a conscious response to each present situation. As the pace of life changes from fast to slow, and the inner urgency into calmness and elegance, the biggest difference which affects social works is the transformation from a problem-solving-oriented approach to a meaningful and value-oriented approach, thus changing the original work contents, scope, methods and techniques.  4. Mindfulness therapy increases the professional application model for social work clients' treatment: Mindfulness therapy allows research participants to let go of the idea of “helping” the client, and simply “to be with” the client throughout the treatment process, in order to respect the client's consciousness by providing real support and applying the concept of “mindfulness in a new life” so as to assist the client in returning to their main axis of life and creating a new life pattern with conscious life changes.  As above mentioned, based on the research and analysis, the researchers provide four clear and effective results of mindfulness therapy for social workers and in professional applications. It is hoped that follow-up researchers who are interested in learning mindfulness therapy and its application in the area of social work will be able to go further and more extensively research.
