本研究依據研究之目的,來進行文獻資料分析與研究探討,並根據文獻所得的資料,建立本研究之假設及提出研究架構,且針對維修人員,依照本研究構面進行問卷設計,欲探討個人職能、人際關係、工作績效與留職意願關係之研究-以香港商D公司維修人員為本研究之對象,使用網路問卷的方式,並以非隨機的便利抽樣法的方式來進行問卷調查,有效問卷共回收218份。本研究所得資料以信度分析、樣本資料分析、變項之敘述性統計分析及迴歸分析等方法進行分析研究,本研究所得到之結論如下:(1) 個人職能對人際關係有顯著正向之影響;(2) 人際關係對留職意願有顯著正向之影響;(3) 工作績效對留職意願有顯著正向之影響;(4)個人職能對工作績效有顯著正向之影響;(5)個人職能對留職意願無顯著正向之影響;(6)人際關係對工作績效有顯著正向之影響。 This study is based on the research purpose to conduct literature data analysis and research discussion. Furthermore, this study establishes the hypothesis of this research and proposes a framework based on the information obtained through the literature study. The research object of this study is the maintenance personnel of Hong Kong Commercial D Company. The questionnaire is designed in the accordance with the aspect of this study, with the intention to explore the relationship between Personal Competence, Interpersonal Relations, Performance and Will to Remain. This study conducts online questionnaire surveys by using non-probabilistic convenience sampling, a total of 218 valid questionnaires were collected. The data obtained in this research are analyzed using reliability analysis, sample data analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, regression analysis etc. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Personal competence has a positive significant impact on interpersonal relations.2. Interpersonal relations have a positive significant impact on will to remain.3. Performance has a positive significant impact on will to remain.4. Personal competence has a positive significant impact on performance.5. Personal competence does not have a positive significant impact on will to remain.6. Interpersonal relations have a positive significant impact on performance.
