本研究的目的想探討公務機關之領導風格、工作滿意度、組織承諾與調、離職傾向關係之研究。本研究以勞動部勞動力發展署雲嘉南分署員工做為研究之對象,並採以非隨機便利抽樣法來進行問卷調查,共發出400份,回收有323份,扣除無效之問卷8份,有效問卷為315份,有效問卷回收率97.52%。本研究結果所得結論如下:(1) 領導風格對工作滿意度與組織承諾有顯著且正向之影響;(2) 領導風格、工作滿意度和組織承諾對調、離職傾向有顯著且負向之影響;(3) 工作滿意度在領導風格與調、離職傾向具有完全中介效果;(4) 組織承諾在領導風格與調、離職傾向具有部分中介效果。 The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention. In this study, data of members of employees association in Yulin-Chiayi-Tainan Regional Branch,Workforce Deveiopment Agency,Ministry of Labor are collected by way of non-random sampling method to facilitate questionnaires, with a total of 400 questionnaires distributed. 323 questionnaires are received, in which 8 questionnaires are invalid such that 315 questionnaires are valid, and the effective response rate is 97.52%. The resulting conclusions of this study are listed as follows: (1) Leadership Style has a significant positive impact on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment respectively; (2) Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment has a significant positive impact on Turnover Intention respectively; (3) Job Satisfaction has a significant mediation effect on the relationships between Leadership Style and Turnover Intention. (4) Organizational Commitment has a partial mediation effect on the relationships between Leadership Style and Turnover Intention.
