    摘要:   本研究旨在透過部落格文章進行內容分析與原住民質性訪談,瞭解遊客對太魯閣國家公園旅遊目地的意象、體驗與感受。先利用語義網絡分析作質化的探討,再運用中文斷詞系統理關鍵詞進行詞頻分析、權重分析、共詞分析、因素分析及多元尺度分析做量化統計,最後質性訪談加入原住民意見,探討旅遊目的地意象的元素與體驗價值。 研究結果發現: (1)太魯閣國家公園壯闊的峽谷風景,大理石地貌,值得推薦,景點眾多需事先規劃,部分吊橋、步道需預約。(2)隧道、步道落石等安全問題是遊客關心一面。(3)步道多樣性,供遊客可選擇。(4)透過文化體驗深度旅遊活動,了解太魯閣族人文風情。(5)原住民期待共管機制,對園內原住民勿限制太多。據上述研究結果,建議太魯閣國家公園可爭取義大利國際慢城認證,往慢遊慢城方向發展。
      The purpose of this research is to conduct content analysis through blog articles and qualitative interviews with aboriginal people to understand tourists' images, experiences and feelings about the destination of Taroko National Park.  First use the semantic network analysis method for qualitative discussion, and then use CKIP Tagger to sort keywords for word frequency analysis, co-word analysis, TF-IDF analysis, factor analysis and MDS to analysis for quantitative statistics, and explore the elements and the image of tourist destinations experience the value, and add the opinions of the local aborigines to the final qualitative interview.  The results of the research found that: (1) The magnificent canyon scenery and marble landforms of Taroko National Park are worth recommending. There are many scenic spots that need to be planned in advance, and some suspension bridges require reservations. (2) Safety issues such as tunnels and trails falling rocks are a concern for tourists. (3) Diversified trails for tourists to choose from. (4) In recent years, tribal culture and eco-tourism have emerged. Through participating in cultural experience activities in-depth tourism, you can learn about the humanities and customs of the Taroko tribe. (5) The aborigines look forward to the co-management mechanism, and don't place too many restrictions on the aborigines in the park.  Based on the above research results, it is recommended that the Taroko National Park area can obtain the certification of Cittaslow International and develop in the direction of slow travel and slowtown.
