    Abstract:   依據內政部戶政司資料顯示,台灣近十年來 新生兒出生率急速下降,無疑台灣已經進入人口負成長狀態。更依據教育部統計處的資料顯示,南投縣小一新生人數嚴重減少。學校輕者面臨裁併,嚴重則遭遇廢校危機。  研究者近二十年來 皆服務於偏鄉小校,對於小校課程規劃及推展有深入的瞭解及研究。更由於所服務的學校中已有兩所學校遭受廢校命運,因此對於少子化所造成的影響有深刻的領悟。  南投縣鯉魚國小近年來 因實施創客課程,積極培養學生程式設計及手作之能力。近年來 在國內幾項競賽中逐漸嶄露頭角,甚至代表台灣到國外參賽。優異成績的結果也反映在小一新生人數上。從103學年度 開始小一新生已看不到學區內的學生,到了109學年度 100%皆為學區外學生。甚至吸引來自外縣市(雲林縣)學生跨縣市就讀。  本研究以葛瑞(Gray)提出的5Ps 行銷理論來 分析鯉魚國小創客教育推展成功之因素。目的在探討偏鄉小學實施創客課程是否影響了非學區家長選擇使其子女跨學區就讀之意願。進一步探討實施創客教學是否能有效行銷學校並使學校能永續經營之研究。  本研究之研究方法為質性研究,以半結構式訪談為主要,文件資料為輔來蒐集資料。根據訪談結果作綜合歸納統整,並分析與討論,最後依據Gary 5Ps 行銷理論提出五點結論及建議,期盼作為偏鄉小校推展特色課程時之參考。
      According to the data of the Department of Household Registration, MOI, the newborn birth rate in Taiwan has dropped rapidly in the past decade, and there is no doubt that Taiwan has entered a state of negative population growth. According to the Ministry of education, the number of freshmen in primary school in Nantou County has decreased seriously. The school will be merged or even be closed.  The researcher has been working in rural primary schools for nearly 20 years, and has profound experience on the curriculum planning and promotion . Because two of the schools that the researcher served have already been closed, the researcher has a deeply understanding of the impact of the low birth rate.  In recent years, Li-Yu primary school in Nantou County implement the curriculum of Maker . The students learn computer programming and handmade work.In recent years, they have won several competitions , and even participated in overseas competitions. The excellent competition achievements attract students from outside the school district, even from Yunlin County.  Based on the 5Ps marketing theory proposed by Gray, this studyanalyzes the factors of successful promotion of maker education in Li-Yu primary school. Objective to explore whether the implementation of maker curriculum affects the willingness of students to study cross school district. To further explore whether the implementation of maker curriculum can make the school sustainable development.  The research method of this study is qualitative research.The researcher use the semi-structured interviews to collect data. According to the results of the interviews, the researcher make a comprehensive summary. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference for promoting characteristic curriculum in rural primary schools.
