    摘要: 　　歐洲是冷戰對峙的焦點，各大軍事強權的軍備發展自然不落人後，雖然冷戰結束之後，歐洲各國都放慢了軍備發展的腳步，但隨著克裡米亞與烏克蘭問題的延燒，戰備又再度獲得重視。其中，歷來享有「戰爭之神」美譽的砲兵，也是歐還洲各國發展的重點，各式裝備不時推陳出新，引起各界矚目；相形之下，海域為主的西太平洋地區，則長期以來被認為是海空武力的勝場；不過近年來，在中共軍力崛起的態勢之下，伴隨空海一體戰概念的放棄，隨之而來的群島防禦概念，卻讓砲兵武器在西太平洋地區有了新的機會。究竟，近年以來歐美與中共各軍事強權的砲兵裝備有何發展？在西太平洋群島防禦概念下，砲兵將被賦予何種角色？而從這些發展中，又可對我國砲兵的發展又有何啟示？本文將以俄國、德國、法國、美國、中共等五國大軍事強權的相關砲兵軍備發展為對象，對其現役及發展中的裝備進行分析，以供國軍精進砲兵戰備的參考。
    　　After the Cold War, all armament development of major European powers had slowed down, but this trend reversed because of the Crimea and Ukraine crisis. Within this context, artillery, generally known as the god of war, resumed its importance in Europe. In contrast, Western Pacific had long been considered as the arena for naval and aerial forces, where artillery played little role. Nevertheless, in response to the growing threat from the Chinese Communist military, U.S. Department of Defense now advocates the “Archipelagic Defense” succeeding the so-called AirSea Battle concept, new opportunities appear for artillery. Then, exactly what development has been made in the artillery in recent years? What role will the artillery be given in the Western Pacific? What are the implications for the development of the artillery force of the Republic of China? This article will focus on the artillery development of five major military powers, Russia, Germany, France, the United States, and the Chinese Communist, and conclude the guide line for Republic of China Army’s future artillery combat readiness.
