資訊科技時代的來臨,教育也必須趕緊跟上時代變化的腳步,全國中小學補救教學,從篩選個案到學生結案,皆統一使用線上評量工具為輔助,教育部提供相關數位學習資源、平臺與工具已成為補教教學教師重要的教學策略。 本研究以開放式問卷及參考相關文獻整理出,數位場域下影響國中小學校補救教學成效因素的六個構面及三十個項目,再以修正式德爾菲法,由專家群歸納出六個構面及十七個項目。 研究者以台灣博碩士論文知識加值系統補救教學相關碩士論文作為分析對象,從2013年至2020年取樣299篇論文,以彙總分析法,依序排列出重要影響因素,研究結果摘述如下:一、與國中小學校補救教學成效有顯著正向關係的四個構面,「課程教法」、「課程教材」、「校內行政」、「教師教學」。二、與國中小學校補救教學成效有顯著正向關係的九個項目依序排列為,「教師教學策略」、「資訊科技融入教學」、「可操作性教材」、「課程教材設計完整」、「適性教材」、「差異性教學 Differentiated instruction」、「行政人員支持度」、「教師專業知能」、「個別化教學 Individualized instruction」。 最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供補救教學教師及未來研究參考。 While the information era is a global trend, our education should also change rapidly to keep up with the pace. Junior high and elementary schools in Taiwan are using online assessment measures to conduct the remedial teaching from the selecting of students to the closure of cases. The Ministry of Education provides related digital learning resources, including learning platforms and learning tools which have become essential strategies for all teachers. This study result is based on both open questionnaires and studies on related literature review and this research is focusing on the study of the six structures and thirty projects affecting the factors of effectiveness on remedial teaching in Junior High and Elementary Schools under the digital field domain. It then applies the Modified Delphi method to summarize six structures and 17 projects by the group of experts. This study analyzes Taiwan masters' thesis related to remedial teaching from 299 papers of year 2013 to 2020 to summarize the important influencing factors. The research result are as follows: First, there are four components having significant positive impact to the effectiveness of remedial teaching in Junior high and elementary schools. They are “curriculum teaching methods”, “curriculum teaching materials”, “administration in schools” and “teacher teaching”. Second, there are nine projects which effectively and significantly affect the effectiveness of remedial teaching in primary and secondary schools in practical :“Teacher Teaching Strategy”, “It Technology Integration Teaching”, “Operational Teaching Materials”, “Complete Curriculum Teaching Materials Design”, “Appropriate Teaching” materials, “Differential Teaching Differentiated Instruction”, “Administrative Support”, “Teacher Professional Knowledge”, and finally the “Individualized Teaching Individualized Instruction”.
