本研究探討幼兒園教師對繪本的認識、購買經驗及幼兒園教師使用繪本應用於教學上幼兒所得到的學習成效。研究對象為任職於嘉義縣中埔鄉之公立幼兒園教師,採半結構訪談法分別訪問七位具代表性的公立幼兒園教師。繪本出版市場玲瑯滿目,教師選擇繪本的關鍵在於繪本中詞彙的使用、故事的內容、寫作的邏輯性、插畫設計、版面美感等等。本研究整理訪談內容歸納出結論為:繪本教學可以增加幼兒的詞彙量及提升語言精細度,拓展幼兒認知發展,同時繪本可以培養幼兒閱讀習慣與父母建立親子閱讀;繪本作為幼兒園教師教學是一種跨領域的教學媒介,繪本教學使幼兒學習成效及教師教學有正向成長。最後根據本研究之目的與結論,提出以下建議供後續幼兒園教師選購繪本與相關教育機構作參考,幼兒園教師選購繪本除了考量幼兒需求之外更應該尊重幼兒選擇並引導幼兒接觸更多元類型的繪本,教師應充實繪本教學技能,將繪本教學發揮最大效益。 This research mainly explores the kindergarten teacher’s knowledge of picture book, their purchase experience of picture books and the effects of using picture books in their teaching. The participants of the research are public preschool teachers who work in Zhongpu Township, Chiayi County. Seven representative public preschool teachers were interviewed using semi-structured interview. The picture books are various to choose from. The key of choosing a picture book lies in the use of vocabularies, the story content, the logic of writing, the design of illustration, the aesthetics of the layout, the quality of the printing extra. The results of the study revealed that picture books can increase children’s vocabularies, improve language precision, and expand cognitive development. Moreover, picture books can cultivate good reading habits and establish parent-child reading. Picture books serve as a cross-field combination medium in teaching that increase children’s learning effects and teacher’s teaching achievements. The study findings may serve as a reference for kindergarten teachers on purchasing picture books as following: In addition to children’s need, preschool teachers should respect children’s choices and guide them to read more diverse types of picture books. Furthermore, teachers should learn more teaching skills of picture books and maximize the effectiveness of picture book teaching.
