    摘要:   本研究旨在探討設計四週的運動遊戲活動對幼兒的移動性動作表現及教師在運動遊戲活動中的課程實作與專業成長。本研究為行動研究法,研究對象為臺中市某國小附設幼兒園4歲到6歲混齡班23位幼兒,進行四週,每週三次,每次四十分鐘,共12次運動遊戲活動。研究過程中以錄影、拍照、協同研究者觀察記錄、教學週誌省思、粗動作發展測驗的前測、後測及再測等資料來分析幼兒移動性動作活動的表現及教師的專業成長,研究結果發現:1.在實施完四週的運動遊戲活動後,幼兒的移動性技能有明顯進步。2.五歲至六歲幼兒在跑步、踏併步跳、單腳跳、立定跳遠、橫向滑步有明顯進步;四歲至五歲幼兒在跑步、踏併步跳、單腳跳、立定跳遠有明顯進步。3. 五歲至六歲幼兒在單腳跳的所有細項動作都有明顯進步。
      The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of four-week sports game activities on children’s locomotor skills performance and teacher’s curriculum implementation and professional growth in sports game activities. This study is an action research. The subjects of the study were 23 children in a mixed-age class from 4 to 6 years old in a preschool attached to a Taichung elementary school. They had a total of 12 sports game courses for four weeks, three times a week, 40 minutes each time. In the research process, the performance of children's locomotor skills activities and the professional growth of teachers were analyzed by using data such as video, teaching photos, collaborative researcher observation records, teaching weekly reflections, pre-test, post-test and re-test of the gross motor development test. The results of the study found that: 1. After implementing the six-week sports game course, children's locomotor skills have improved significantly. 2. Children between five and six years old have made significant improvement in running, galloping, hopping, horizontal jumping, and sliding; children between four and five years old have made significant improvement in running, galloping, hopping, horizontal jumping. 3. Children from 5 to 6 years old have improved in all the criteria of hopping.
