本研究旨在探討嘉義地區家長選擇非營利幼兒園之考量因素，並瞭解不同背景變項之家長在選擇非營利幼兒園時考量因素是否有差異，本研究採問卷調查法，以「家長選擇非營利幼兒園因素之研究調查問卷」為研究工具。針對嘉義地區110位就讀非營利幼兒園幼兒之家長或主要照顧者為研究對象，所得資料調查之研究結果如下：一、嘉義地區家長選擇非營利幼兒園之因素（一） 在「教保服務因素」中家長最重視教師的教學態度良好。（二） 在「環境設備因素」中家長最重視教學公共安全完善。（三） 在「教學課程因素」中家長最重視課程模式合理。（四） 在「經營與規劃因素」中家長最重視收費價格合理。二、嘉義地區不同背景變相之家長選擇非營利幼兒園考量因素有顯著差異三、嘉義地區家長選擇非營利幼兒園時多重視「離家近，接送方便」、「園所的環境與設備」。 基於上述研究結論，研究者分別給予非營利幼兒園及未來研究者建議，做為後續研究參考之用。 The purpose of this study is to explore the consideration factors for parents choosing non-profit preschools in Chiayi area, and to understand whether there are differences in the factors considered because of parents’ different backgrounds. The study conducted Research Questionnaire as the method. One hundred ten parents or primary caregivrs of non-profit preschools in Chiayi area participanted in this research. The results of the research are as follows:1. Factors for parents choosing non-profit preschools in Chiayi area(1) In the Education and Care Service Factors, parents put the most importance to teachers' good teaching attitudes.(2) Among the Environmental Equipment Factors, parents put the most importance to the improvement of public safety in teaching environments.(3) Among the Teaching Curriculum Factors, parents put the most importance to reasonable curriculum models.(4) In the Management and Planning Factors, parents put the most importance to reasonable tuition fees.2. There are statistically significant differences in the consideration factors for parents’ different backgrounds in Chiayi area while choosing non-profit preschools3. When the parents choose non-profit preschools, they pay more attention to the factors like close to home, convenient transportation, and preschools’ environments and equipment. Based on the research conclusion above, the study respectively offers suggestions to non-profit preschools and researchers for improvements and further research.
