依內政部消防署統計資料,台灣地區每年均有古蹟建築物發生災害,歸納分析造成損害發生原因如下:颱風導致建築物毀損、地震災害造成建築物坍塌、火災發生造成大面積損燬、燃放爆竹不慎引燃等因素;為有效降低甚至避免古蹟災害風險,有系統性的先期計劃和有效率的防災需求視為減少災害不可或缺之探討要素,由防火機制與建立防災思維,建立相關指示使管理者在自我定期的檢查與平時設備維護中落實防火管理,並加強古蹟場所各項災害編組訓練以及演練,以達災害風險之辦識與分析之目標。 本論文將針對嘉義縣古蹟寺廟歷史背景、建築結構、日常管理之維護、用火行為及周遭環境的調查,再透過文獻資料與田野調查的分析,獲得研究成果,針對古蹟寺廟之火損的成因及防火安全預防措施提出具體建議如下:一、擬定針對古蹟寺廟火災防治對策。二、制定寺廟古蹟防火管理人制度。三、成立古蹟巡守隊及相關應變措施。 According to the statistical data from Fire Department of the Ministry of the Interior, disasters happends on historical buildings occurs every year in all around the country. Through induction and analysis the reson causing damage can summarized as following: Building damage caused by typhoon, earthquake disaster caused building collapse, large-scale thermal distress caused by fire, and accidental ignition of firecrackers;In order to effectively reduce or even eliminate the hazard of various disaster that could damage historical buildings, systematic advance planning and efficient disaster prevention are needed and regard as indispensable topic for disaster reduction. , from fire prevention mechanism and establish critical thinking of disaster prevention, Create relevant instructions for managers to implement fire prevention management in regular self-inspection and equipment maintenance, and strengthen all kinds of disaster group training and drills in monuments, in order to achieve the goal on identify the hazard of the disaster and the analysis according to it. The thesis will investigate the historical background, architectural structure, daily maintenance and also the fire usage behavior and surrounding environment of the ancient temples in Chiayi County, and then obtain studying results form literature review and field research, focus on reasons causing fire damage to ancient bilding and associate fire safety precautions strategy, and brings out some specific suggestions as following:1.Work out the fire prevention countermeasures that focus on ancient temples2.Discuss the system of fire protection managers for temples and monuments.3.Establish the monument patrol team and corresponding procedure.
