    摘要: 　　「消防」二字，代表消滅與防止災難的發生，消防與人民生命財產和社會的安定息息相關，奮勇搶救生命及災害的無私奉獻精神，已烙印在人民心中。身為歷史文化重鎮的台南市，最近幾年都極力在推動文化行銷，對於古蹟活化再利用及歷史文物的保存與維護相當重視。使得台南市消防史料館將重視經營管理與創造多元行銷，另外對於民眾的推廣教育與創新體驗活動，都是未來發展的重點。　　本研究採取深度訪談法，以台南市消防史料館作為研究對象，分別訪問五位與消防史料館相關的消防人員及志工，主要是希望能透過這些消防人員及志工多年來的瞭解與感受，歸納統整出消防史料館需改善措施及建議。本研究的調查結果指出，對於消防史料館內的體驗設施需結合最新科技發展與創造多元化之外，史料館內的志工也需要接受更多消防相關的專業知識性訓練與課程，才能提供參觀民眾更多元的知識學習，對於史料館相關經費與志工福利之爭取，不僅透過地方政府之外，更希望中央能補助更多經費，經由中央與地方的合作，才能夠將力量化為最大，共同來保存、維護僅存的消防歷史文物，防止不被時間流失給消滅，並共同推廣防救災知識來教育民眾。
    　　The word “firefighting” represents the elimination and prevention of disasters. Firefighting is closely related to people's lives, property and social stability. As an important historical and cultural city, Tainan City has been vigorously promoting cultural marketing in recent years, attaching great importance to the revitalization and reuse of historical relics as well as the preservation and maintenance. As a result, Tainan City Fire Museum will emphasize on the operation and management, thus creating diversified marketing. In addition, the promotion, education and innovative activities for the public are the focus of future development.　　This research adopts the method of in-depth interviews, and takes Tainan City Fire Museum as the research object, interviews with five firefighters and volunteers related to the Fire Museum, and summarizes the necessary improvement measures and suggestions for the fire historical relics. The results of this study pointed out that the experience facilities in the fire museum need to combine the latest technological development and create diversities, and the volunteers in the museum also need to receive more professional training and take courses related to fire safety before they can provide the public with more knowledge. For the funds related to the fire museum and the welfare of volunteers, not only through the local government, but also hope that the central government can subsidize more funds. Therefore, through collaboration between the local and central government, it can only maximize the power to preserve and maintain the remaining historical relics, preventing it from being wiped out by time and promoting fire safety knowledge to educate the public.
