| 摘要: | 忠勤社區曾是機場預定地也是眷村，南機場夜市在這小小社區裏帶給居民的飲食習慣以及居民除了老人多、外配多、小孩多，還有人情味多，這特殊的文化引起我想研究的原因。 本研究目的是探討南機場夜市與社區發展的影響，夜市問題及社區居民的現況，並瞭解兩者間的相互影響。本文訪談社區中的10位攤商及8位在地居民且有意願接受本研究者進行訪談。研究結果發現攤商－大部份都是外地來的，為了生活選擇在南機場夜市擺攤，因為這邊鄰近學區，人潮也多，相對生意較好，租金也在可接受範圍。研究結果發現當地居民－對於南機場在食的部份的方便性，將南機場當作大廚房，除了三餐外加宵夜覓食，並且對夜市的市容給好評價。研究結果發現攤商與居民－對社區的的未來是持正面的態度，也期待在萬大捷運線開通後能吸引更多的人潮，讓更多遊客都能認識南機場夜市。總結建議有二：一、 結合當地的文化特色，將南機場夜市改造成更良好、更加舒適的休閒觀光場所。二、 夜市環境需再加強，地上常有水漬、油汙等等。在這方面，政府應該盡量與夜市協商，並盡力將夜市的環境改善為更舒適宜人的環境。
Zhongqin Community used to be the place where the airport was scheduled to be and also the military dependents’ village. In this small community, the Nan Airport Night Market brought the residents the eating habits and the residents, in addition to many elderly people, many external spouses, many children, and more human feelings. This special cultural cause The reason I want to research. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of night market and community development in Nanchang Airport, night market issues and the current situation of community residents, and to understand the interaction between the two. This article interviews 10 vendors and 8 local residents in the community who are willing to be interviewed by this researcher. The results of the study found that most of the stall vendors were from other places. They chose to set up stalls at the Nan Airport Night Market in order to make a living. Because it is close to the school district, there are a lot of people, the business is relatively good, and the rent is also within an acceptable range. The results of the study found that local residents, regarding the convenience of eating at Nan Airport, regarded Nan Airport as a large kitchen, foraging for dinner in addition to three meals, and gave good comments on the appearance of the night market. The results of the study found that the vendors and residents have a positive attitude towards the future of the community, and they also expect to attract more people after the opening of the Wanda MRT line, so that more tourists can get to know the Nan Airport Night Market.There are two summary recommendations:First, Combined with the local cultural characteristics, transform the night market of the South Airport into a better and more comfortable place for leisure and sightseeing.Second, the night market environment needs to be further strengthened, and there are often water and oil stains on the ground. In this regard, the government should try to negotiate with the night market and try to improve the environment of the night market into a more comfortable and pleasant environment |
