With the improvement of blood quality, the work of nursing staff in blood donation center has changed from simple to complex, from easy to difficult, and the work stress is different from that in the 1990s. This article interviews 7 nursing staff who have worked in blood donation centers for more than 15 years. This study interviews 7 nursing staff who have served for more than 20 years and are willing to accept the research for in-depth interviews, and we use the Stress Index Scale of Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare to detect the recent stress status of 51 nursing staff and their liking for arts and cultural activities. The results of the study found that the main sources of job stress for nursing staff were work overload, supervisor's pressure, flexible working hours, organizational pressure and time pressure. Most of the respondents like to listen to music and watch movies, because the internet is convenient and there is no time limit, which is in line with the needs of nursing staff on shifts to arrange their own time. Stress is ubiquitous in daily life, and excessive stress accumulated over a long period of time may have an impact on health. Studies have found that favorite and interesting arts and cultural activities can effectively reduce work stress. There are three summary suggestions: First, build a blood collection manpower estimation model, count the content of the blood collection business, or supplement the manpower with Part-Time Workers and holiday shift personnel. Second, improve the organizational support system, count the business content of blood collection support, and clearly divide the responsibilities, so that the professional can return to the professional. Third, promote art and cultural stress relief activities, share art and cultural information and art and cultural subsidies, and effectively reduce the work pressure of nursing staff. |
