    摘要:   本研究以憂鬱症患者學習賽斯思想後的生命轉化經驗為主題,主要在探究憂鬱症患者在確診前的生命困境與因應之道、對賽斯思想的學習與調適歷程、以及運用賽斯思想後所帶來的改變與影響。研究採立意取樣,以學習賽斯思想三年以上之憂鬱症患者為對象。本研究方法採用敘說研究法,以及「整體—內容」的分析方式,分別呈現兩位憂鬱症患者學習賽斯思想後的生命轉化經驗故事,並就三個研究問題提出研究者的主題整理與詮釋,以及綜合討論,研究所得結果分述如下。壹、憂鬱症患者在確診前的生命困境與因應:探究研究受訪者確診前的生命困境與憂鬱症的關聯可歸納出兩個面向,分別是「憂鬱症確診前的生命困境,帶來壓力與負面情緒」、「非理性信念影響情緒與因應方式」。貳、憂鬱症患者對賽斯思想的學習與調適歷程:學習與療癒方式是複雜且多元的,但仍可歸納出三個面向,分別是「學習場域提供扶持的環境」、「被他人接納的矯正性情緒經驗」、「身心靈整合的療癒方式」。參、憂鬱症患者運用賽斯思想後所帶來的改變與影響:歸納兩位受訪者的生命轉化經驗有四個共通的面向,分別是「我創造我的實相,沒有受害者」、「疾病療癒的目的是合一」、「走上人生價值完成的道路」、「心靈轉化是成功生命轉化的核心」。  最後提出本研究之限制、研究建議與研究者省思,以做為未來研究的參考。
      The purpose of this study was to explore the use of Seth’s Thought on patients with depression and its transformative process. We will discuss the life difficulties and coping methods before diagnosis. We will also explore process of learning and adjusting to Seth’s thought and the changes and influences after applying Seth’s thought. The study was based on purposive sampling, targeting patients with depression who have studied Seth’s thought for more than three years. The research method adopts the narrative research method and the ”holistic-content” analysis method. We present the life experience of two depression patients after learning Seth’s thought, the research’s thematic arrangement and interpretation on the three research questions. Finally, a comprehensive discussion to wrap things up.   The results of the study will be described as follows:  Firstly, the life difficulties of patients coping with depression before diagnosis causes stresses and negative emotions. These are related to irrational beliefs which affect emotions and coping styles.  Secondly, depression patients’ learning and the adjustment process of Seth’s thought may be described as such. The learning areas provide a holding environment, a corrective emotional experience, and a healing method of body-mind-spirit integration.  Thirdly, the changes and influences brought about by the use of Seth’s thoughts in patients with depression are described here. To create a reality without being victimized. The purpose of healing is oneness. To live a life of fulfillment. The spiritual transformation is the core of a successful life transformation.  Finally, the limitations, research suggestions and researcher’s reflections of this study are put forward as a reference for future research.
