    摘要:   近年來,隨著環境變遷,台灣許多地方傳統產業都面臨轉型的壓力。本研究探討傳統工藝產業轉型與創新,藉由個案研究法,並以半結構訪談方式,選擇七位了解佈景彩繪產業發展歷程與轉型息息相關的實務工作者,來進行蒐集資料,並加以分析。  傳統佈景彩繪產業的衰退,主要是受到外部與內部因素影響。外部因素包括:  (1)傳統佈景彩繪是手工繪製,無法大量生產,產量有限造成財務問題,可能導致傳統工藝改行或歇業。(2)表演戲團自己畫的作品,缺乏彩繪基本知識和技術,無 法展現佈景彩繪的藝術之美及重要性。(3)科技大圖輸出便宜又快速,對傳統工藝 也有一定的衝擊。內部因素包括:(1)擁有功夫的老師傅,因年紀、體能、健康等 問題,作品日亦減少。(2)年輕學子沒人肯學傳統工藝,導致傳承有斷層問題。(3) 傳統工藝佈景是屬消耗品,不容易維護與保存。  明山佈景彩繪工作室未來的經營模式轉型,可以可考慮(1)觀光工廠、(2)文創 園區或(3)地方教育博物館等三個方向。明山佈景彩繪工作室的未來發展方向,可以 考慮朝文創園區的模式來發展,把布景的特色、文化價值及起源與傳承過程,在文 創園區裡展現出來。  最後,目前可以跟佈景彩繪合作的產業越來越多,未來明山佈景彩繪工作室, 可以將之前的佈景作品融入在明信片、立體書,道具 DIY,佈景相框、酒廠商標、紙製模型、服裝等,進一步開發相關的文創商品。
      In recent years, with the changing environment, many traditional industries in Taiwan are facing the pressure of transformation. This research explores the transformation and innovation of the traditional craft industry. Using the case study method and semi-structured interviews, seven practitioners who understand the development process and transformation of the set painting industry are selected to collect data and analyze them.  The decline of the traditional set painting industry is mainly affected by external and internal factors. External factors include: (1) Traditional set painting is hand-painted and cannot be mass-produced. The limited output will cause financial problems, which may lead to the change of traditional craftsmanship or closure of business. (2) The works ainted by the performing troupe lacked the basic knowledge and techniques of painting, and were unable to show the artistic beauty and importance of set painting. (3) The output of the big picture of science and technology is cheap and fast, and it also has a certain impact on the traditional craftsmanship. Internal factors include: (1) Masters with skills have fewer work days due to age, physical fitness, health and other issues. (2) Young students are not willing to learn traditional crafts, which leads to the problem of faults in inheritance. (3) Traditional craft sets are consumables and are not easy to maintain and preserve.  For the future business model transformation of Mingshan Set Painting Studio, three directions can be considered: (1) a tourist factory, (2) a cultural and creative park or (3) a local education museum. The future development direction of Mingshan's set painting studio can be considered to develop towards the cultural and creative park model, and the characteristics, cultural value, origin and inheritance process of the set can be displayed in the cultural and creative park.  Finally, there are more and more industries that can cooperate with set painting. In the future, Mingshan Set Painting Studio can integrate previous set works into postcards, pop- up books, DIY props, set photo frames, winery logos, paper models, clothing. And so on, to further develop related cultural and creative products.
