On the 110th National Day of the Republic of China, President Tsai Ing-wen announced her “four insistences” regarding cross-strait issue. Although accused as unconstitutional, the “four insistences” have been well received. However, at the same time, Xie Zhiwei, Taipei’s representative in Germany appointed by Tsai, said that he is “bleeding” to see the national flag. He speaks out the truth for Democratic Progressive Party (DPP). DPP are actually full of hatred against the Republic of China and constantly eliminate the “Chinese” connotation of Republic of China in order to turn the Republic of China into the Republic of Taiwan they want. After all, how do the people view this DPP ’s contradictory attitude regarding Republic of China? If the people agree with Tsai’s “four insistences,” do they also agree with this kind of trickery? This article argues that, Tsai Ing-wen's “four insistences” are insincere words. Of course, the people do not want and are not ruled by the Beijing regime, but they will not agree with Tsai’s hypocrisy to Republic of China. This article will verify this argument through an online questionnaire.
