    Abstract:   本研究採用質性研究中的紮根理論,探討農藥代噴業者使用無人機噴藥之影響因素。本研究以有使用無人機進行農藥噴灑的代噴業者為研究對象,透過深度訪談中發掘研究因素,使用編碼程序逐步分析訪談內容,其中包含了開放編碼,主軸編碼跟選擇編碼來分析樣本。本研究共訪談8位農藥代噴業者,以深度訪談方式,並同時錄音紀錄,探究其對使用無人機噴藥的影響因素。透過分析因素歸納整理,有30項開放編碼,22項主軸編碼和10項選擇編碼。  以深度訪談蒐集資料建立成訪談資料庫,以開放性編碼、主軸性編碼、選擇性編碼逐級分析訪談資料庫形成命題,並將命題與已知理論及國內相關研究做比對,以了解農藥代噴業者對於使用無人機噴藥之影響因素,最後彙整所有受訪者之主題關聯圖,成果形成一架構圖與16個研究命題。  本研究透過農藥代噴業者之實際觀點,分析使用無人機噴灑農藥之影響因素。藉此研究,可提供農藥噴灑相關工作者導入無人機應用之建議參考,期望本研究結果對未來在農藥噴灑方面上能有所助益。
      This study uses the grounded theory that from qualitative research, and it is a study about that explore the influencing factors of the use of drone spraying by pesticide substitute sprayers. This study takes the spraying industry who use drones for pesticide spraying as the research object, and explores the research factors through in-depth interviews, and uses coding procedures to analyze the interview content step by step, it includes open coding, spindle coding and selection coding to analyze the samples. In this study, a total of 8 perspective of pesticide sprayer were interviewed, and in-depth interviews were conducted and recorded at the same time, and to explore their influencing factors on the use of drones for spraying. Through the analysis of factors, we are able to sort out 30 opening codes, 22 axial codes and 10 selective codes.  The study establishes the interview information database by interview and collects case university's material. And progressive analysis the interviews to forms the propositions by open coding, axial coding, selective coding, and compare the proposition with documents, theories and researches. To understand the factors that affect the use of drones to spray pesticides, and to compile the subject correlation map of all respondents, the results form a framework map and 16 research propositions.  This study analyzes the influencing factors of the use of drones to spray pesticides, it through the practical viewpoints of pesticide substitute sprayers. This study can provide suggestions for pesticide spraying-related workers to introduce drone applications. It is hoped that the results of this study will be helpful for pesticide spraying in the future.
