    摘要: 撓骨動脈之脈波信號的分析,一直是溝通基礎醫學與辨證論治的橋梁,其中又以 脈波信號之特徵為整個研究的關鍵。故本論文以提供各種脈象信號特徵為研究重點,以脈象 圖形為基礎,利用統計歸納的方法,整理出脈波信號在時域上的二十八個特徵,以滿足專家 對不同特徵的不同需求。並提供使用者自行定義所欲擷取之特徵的描述介面,自動地對脈波 信號做該特徵之擷取。此外,我們亦以極友善的使用者介面,建立了具資料收集與查詢功能 的病患資料管理系統, 並以 Fuzzy 理論模式、將傳統醫師對病患脈診時的模糊結果予以量 化並記錄,以建立脈診的專家資料庫。在信號擷取方面,本系統克服了雜訊的干擾與電位飄 移的問題,用三個高精密度的壓力檢知器,以同時檢知寸、關、尺三部脈波信號的方式,加 上即時的浮、中、沈壓力調整,構成脈波信號自動擷取系統。整個系統的硬體環境乃以 IBM 586 PC 為主,軟體則在 WIN 95 環境下, 以 Delphi2.0 之 Object PASCAL 語言從事程式 設計,臨床實際收集資料的結果證實了本系統的實用性。
    The analysis of the radial artery sphygmus (RAS) signal has been a bridge for communication between elementary science and the dialectical science of medicine, and the key factor of research in this field is the feature pattern of the RAS signal. Accordingly, this paper focuses on providing the various feature patterns of the arterial sphygmus signal, based on graphic RAS analysis. Utilizing statistical regression analysis methodology, 28 feature patterns in different time frames for the arterial sphygmus signal to meet different requirements from various professional aspects were distinguished. The description interface for the feature pattern of the arterial signal to be extracted is specified by the user. Moreover, we have also established a very user-friendly utilization interface for the patient data management system, with data collection and inquiry functions. We have also applied the Fuzzy Theory Model to enumerate and record the vagueness during traditional artery treatment, and establish a professional data base for use in artery treatment. In the detection of a signal, the system uses a subminiature compression load cell to measure the pulsation of RAS, and enlarges the sphygmus signal by a two stage amplifier which applies shield and guard techniques to solve problems of voltage drift and noise. The hardware for the system is based on an IBM 586 PC, with Delphi 2.0 software and object Pascal for the programming language. The data collected during actual treatment has proven the practical usage of this system.
