| 摘要: | Stephen Gilligan是神經語言程式學 NLP和Erickson催眠學派中的重要人物，本研究旨在探討Stephen Gilligan的催眠與NLP思想。 Stephen Gilligan曾參與Richard Bandler&John Grinder在美國加州大學神經語言程式學 NLP實驗室研究，並師承Milton H. Erickson學習催眠。論文也探討NLP的認知行為模式與艾瑞克森的催眠策略理論。 研究方法採用創造性詮釋法。 Gilligan的生平與發展歷程受Erickson以及NLP的影響，同時具備佛道觀念，其催眠帶有詩歌般藝術且摻雜頑皮的成分；重視自我與整體的連結，認為要打開自我受限的部分並重新接納生命中出現的好與壞；認為生命不止此生，生命也以三腦（頭心腹）為中心，其創建的生生不息催眠系統是巢狀式（Nested Evolutionary spheres）的進化領域包含：精神、自然、集體心智、個別心智、整合心智。 Gilligan在新世代的NLP中，也帶進生生不息領域的概念並結合舞動釋放定向反應。對於Erickson催眠思想，Gilligan統整為入神恍惚是自然而然的狀態，透過策略性的引導，是進行交流意念的過程，而此種再生性的資源人人都本自具足。在催眠狀態能夠激發資源並加以利用。Erickson催眠治療理論與個案進行聯盟，而非糾正錯誤。在自我以及整體、心靈或身體各層面都表現出人的獨特性，而能在層面上被欣賞。在催眠與Erickson學派大師Zeig的不同之處在於Gilligan與大自然連結並具備佛道思想。
Stephen Gilligan is an important figure in the field of neurolinguistic programming NLP and Erickson hypnosis, this research aims to explore Stephen Gilligan's hypnosis and NLP ideas. Stephen Gilligan has participated in the research of Richard Bandler & John Grinder in the NLP Laboratory of Neuro-Linguistic Programming at the University of California, USA, and studied hypnosis under the tutelage of Milton H. Erickson. The paper also discusses the cognitive behavioral model of NLP and Erickson's theory of hypnotic strategies. The research method adopts the creative hermeneutics method. Gilligan's life and development are influenced by Erickson and NLP, and he also has the concept of Buddhism and Taoism. His hypnosis contains poetic arts and naughty elements. He considers the connection between the self and the whole important, and thinks that people should not be self-restricted and should accept the good and bad that appear in life. He also believes that life is beyond current one. Furthermore, life is also centered on the three brains (head, heart and abdomen), and he creates the endless hypnosis systems, which are Nested Evolutionary spheres including: spirit, nature, collective mind, individual mind, and integrated mind. In the new generation of NLP, Gilligan also brings in the concept of the endless spheres and combines releasing dancing orienting response. For Erickson's hypnotic thoughts, Gilligan integrated that trance is a natural state, and through strategic guidance, it is a process of communicating ideas, and this kind of regenerative resources is inherent in everyone. Resources can be activated and utilized in a hypnotic state. Erickson's theory of hypnotherapy works in alliance with cases rather than correcting mistakes. It shows the unicity of the self, the whole, the mind and the body, thus it can be appreciated at any level. The difference in hypnosis between Gilligan and Zeig, the master of the Erickson Hypnosis, is that Gilligan is connected with nature and has Buddhist and Taoist thoughts. |
