Under the relentless impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, many underage children in families lost their parents and suddenly became orphans. These underage children who lost their parents are not only experiencing the grief of bereavement In addition to psychological recovery from trauma, this study pays more attention to related issues such as their life situations after bereavement and the relationship between survivors. This research is based on the case of a “girl living alone”. The research method adopts two methods of qualitative research interview and counseling, a total of 27 times of 1680 minutes of data collection, after 3 years of in-depth analysis to explore the interaction mode between the case and its surviving relatives, The life context of living alone and the story of the bereavement process behind it construct the understanding and explanation of the research phenomenon. When teenagers lose their relatives, the first thing they face is personal growth, juvenile guardianship and life arrangement. The study found that the mood of losing a single parent is different from that of losing both parents when they are minors. When losing a single parent, the bereaved see What is more important is the “possessed” part rather than the “lost” part, and will cherish the other surviving relative even more. It is not until the loss of both parents that they realize that there is really only one person left, and the relationship and interaction in life will become special He is very sensitive, and he doesn't like being labeled as “bereaved parents” or “orphan” on campus to discuss his orphaned status. After losing his parents, his study support is gone. It is more difficult for him to study and live than other families. , also found that the legal process ignored the “right to express” and “right to know” of the orphaned before selecting the guardian of the minor, including: the guardian's possible choices and pros and cons of living arrangement, the choice of guardian, and the truth about the school he will attend in the future This also makes the person under guardianship uncomfortable that it seems to be a burden and trouble to the guardian, and even thinks that the guardian is not sincerely voluntary, but “forced” to take care of him, and feels that he has been abandoned by other relatives Feel. Finally, if there is habitable real estate in the inheritance of the parents of a girl who lives alone, it also protects her from the possible “placement” arrangement. It is the best way to maintain her own life and don't follow her guardian move residence without changing her familiar residence and school. Good stability is also in the best interest of children who have lost their parents.
