    摘要:   聯合國推廣的永續發展17項目標是近年來各個國家所重視的項目,其中第四項優質教育跟遠距線上教學息息相關,受到疫情的影響,教師改變教學模式,而學生只能線上學習,使得教學和學習的模式產生了巨大的變化,遠距教學是永續教育的重要型態。  本研究目的為探究永續教育遠距教學的成效,找出影響教學之關鍵,增進永續教育的發展和提供高品質教育,達到SDGs中第四項的優質教育。採用層級分析法進行永續教育遠距教學評估準則之探討,以國小教師為研究對象,找出關鍵因素並建立層級,將問卷數據建立比較矩陣,得到矩陣中各項評估準則的權重值,進行比較和探討。  研究結果顯示本研究所建構之評估永續教育成效指標中,在第二層級構面的相對重要性以「教師」最高,依序為「硬體設備與網路連線」、「學生」、「家長」、「線上視訊軟體」,第三層評估準則依序為「教師與學生互動」、「學生注意力和理解程度」、「教師端連線速度和穩定度」、「學生課程參與度」、「視訊軟體操作方便」。從結果得知影響永續教育遠距教學的關鍵,「教師」是最為重要的部分,而20項評估準則中,整體專家最重視的是「教師與學生互動」。本文根據研究結果提出永續教育的策略和建議。
      The 17 sustainable development goals promoted by the United Nations have been a priority for many countries in recent years. The fourth goal of quality education is closely related to distance online teaching. Due to the impact of the epidemic, teachers have changed their teaching methods, and students can only learn online, resulting in significant changes in the mode of teaching and learning. Distance learning has become an important form of sustainable education.  The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of distance teaching in sustainable education, identify the key factors influencing teaching, enhance the development of sustainable education, provide high-quality education, and achieve the fourth goal of quality education in the SDGs. The study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to discuss the evaluation criteria for distance teaching in sustainable education, with elementary school teachers as the research subjects. The study aims to identify key factors and establish a hierarchy by creating a comparison matrix with questionnaire data to obtain the weight values of each evaluation criterion in the matrix, and facilitate comparison and discussion.  The results of the study show that among the indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of sustainable education, the relative importance of the second-level dimension is highest for “teacher”, followed by “hardware equipment and network connection”, “students”, “parents”, and “online video software”. The third-level evaluation criteria, in order of importance, are “teacher-student interaction”, “student attention and understanding”, “teacher's connection speed and stability”, “student course participation”, and “ease of use of video software”. The results indicate that the key to distance education in sustainable education is the “teacher”, which is the most important part. Among the 20 evaluation criteria, the overall experts attach the most importance to “teacher-student interaction”. The paper proposes strategies and suggestions for sustainable education based on the research results.
