    Abstract: 《閱微草堂筆記》是紀昀晚年所著的五種筆記小說集的總名，是清代風行一時的筆記小說代表作之一。內容有來自於上層社會的官場百態，也有街頭巷尾的瑣談異事，主角男、女、老、少皆有，型態富、貧、人、鬼不拘，內容多元豐富、深含意蘊。最特殊是其取材於當時的社會事件，對當時社會問題多所探討，具時代性與現實感。本文〈《閱微草堂筆記》所反映的時代思潮和社會現象〉將從《閱微草堂筆記》一書中對社會不良風氣的揭示、對俗儒講學家虛偽害人的譴責、對官場吏治黑暗面的諷刺、及對弱勢群體困境的同情四方面作一探討。
