Abstract:	學生在未來職場與生活領域中可能面對種種前所未有的考驗，其所需具備的能力，絕非僅限於某個專門領域的知識和技能而已，而必須是跨領域的核心能力。有鑑於此，本文探討仁德醫專學生參與服務學習課程對其核心能力的影響，研究共發出360份問卷，回收328份，回收率為91.1%，經統計分析結果發現，「自我學習能力」、「自我管理能力」、「團隊合作能力」等三項核心能力的平均得分均介於「同意」及「還好」之間。研究發現反思方式為「服務週誌」的學生比沒有反思的學生、老師有對服務類型做介紹比沒有做介紹的，在整體核心能力上均有統計的顯著差異（p<.01），加強反思與服務類型介紹，勢必對學生整體核心能力有正面影響。
