    Abstract: 學生在未來職場與生活領域中可能面對種種前所未有的考驗,其所需具備的能力,絕非僅限於某個專門領域的知識和技能而已,而必須是跨領域的核心能力。有鑑於此,本文探討仁德醫專學生參與服務學習課程對其核心能力的影響,研究共發出360份問卷,回收328份,回收率為91.1%,經統計分析結果發現,「自我學習能力」、「自我管理能力」、「團隊合作能力」等三項核心能力的平均得分均介於「同意」及「還好」之間。研究發現反思方式為「服務週誌」的學生比沒有反思的學生、老師有對服務類型做介紹比沒有做介紹的,在整體核心能力上均有統計的顯著差異(p<.01),加強反思與服務類型介紹,勢必對學生整體核心能力有正面影響。
