    Abstract: 挪威高科技界曾將個人能力界定為公式:C能力 = ( K知識 + S技能 ) A 態度;由此公式也可看出,專業知識與技能固然重要,但態度更為重要;良好的態度,可以促進個人知識與技能的開展,發揮無窮的力量與價值。學生從做中學,從付出關懷與服務的行動中反思與學習,達成知、情、意、行並重的教育目標。本課程課程內容包含四大部份:1.志願服務與服務學習專業課程、2.社區服務、3.課堂討論與反思、4.成果發表。
