    Abstract: 本文旨在探討：莊子如何藉由「形」概念，闡述人對於生命之有待的超拔。全文分為四分面展開討論：首先，本文將指出「形」概念在《莊子》書中所標示的限制義。其次，則探討莊子如何藉由「形」之轉化，一方面呈現個體超越生命之有待的境界；另一方面說明千差萬別的人與萬物，何以能通而為一的理據。再者，通過「形」、「德」關係的探討，指出「德」之完滿實現在於「形」之全然退卻。最後，則是藉由「物化」觀，說明莊子是如何藉由「形」之超越，闡述「道通為一」的生命智慧。
