Abstract:	本研究一開始介紹我國僑民移居東南亞的模式，再以台商組織為主，分析僑民在東南亞的發展現況。我國僑民移居東南亞後的各項發展中，最可能遭遇的問題包括了經濟投資、國籍（含認同與參政問題）與教育等三大項。當我國僑民在當地的社會地位與政經實力提升時，這些問題並沒有馬上消失，所以我政府應該重啟正確的僑務政策，一方面可協助僑民在當地生根茁壯，另一方面可凝聚僑心，作為我政府外交的後盾。
