Abstract:	自中國大陸1979年改革開放起，台商在中國大陸的投資已有近三十年的歷史。諸多台灣的勞力密集產業漸漸地透過國際直接投資的方式，將生產基地移轉到中國大陸等開發中國家。然而台商在外投資的許多特性中，信任合作乃是促成今日成就的一大表徵，信任合作的實際行為則是表現在付款的方式上，透過多邊或是雙邊的信任，讓彼此的業務更加流暢。本研究透過訪談的方式，將製鞋業台商與陸資的特性呈現，輔以全球製鞋業現今的發展狀況，將台商優於陸資的表現加以歸納、佐證。
