    Abstract: 本文以禁區搜尋法(Tabu Search, TS)來進行電力系統之最佳機組排程決策(Unit Commitment Decision, UCD)；使得電力系統運轉成本能降至最低。本文以台灣電力公司之大型實際系統(Tai-Power System)為例，以TS進行最佳排程決策，以證實該決策方法之發展潛力與實用價值。結果證實禁區搜尋法之最佳化技巧，確實能在短時間內就能求得令人滿意的收斂值，是解決組合性最佳化問題的有效方法。
